Jess qualified as a teacher and primary educator in 2010. Following this she spent 12 years working across diverse educational settings before moving into curriculum design and management. Throughout her career, she has supported individuals with varying learning styles, abilities, and challenges, developing a strong foundation in inclusive, person-centred practice. Her transition into coaching was a natural progression, allowing her to blend her educational expertise with her passion for personal development and wellbeing.
Jess holds professional certifications in both Neurodiversity Coaching and Equine Assisted Coaching. She specialises in supporting neurodivergent individuals to better understand themselves, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for navigating everyday life. Her work focuses on strengths-based approaches, helping clients recognise their unique abilities while gently addressing areas of difficulty.
